LINE Automation is a white-label business automation platform built for service businesses in Thailand and Southeast Asia. It turns a LINE Official Account into a fully automated booking, CRM, and customer communication system — no code required by the end user.
We built the entire stack from scratch: a conversational chatbot that handles booking flows, a real-time admin dashboard for managing customers, bookings, services, and broadcasts, and a built-in LINE Simulator for testing without real LINE credentials. Every component is custom — no third-party automation tools, no Zapier, no Dialogflow.
In Thailand, LINE is the default communication channel. We designed the entire booking flow as a natural conversation — customers tap through service menus, pick time slots, and confirm bookings without ever leaving their chat. No app downloads, no website visits required.
The platform is designed to be re-deployed for any service business — spas, salons, clinics, fitness studios. Each instance gets its own branding, service catalogue, and admin panel. One codebase, infinite configurations. The demo runs as "Serenity Spa & Massage" to showcase the full flow.
